1. General

Pipsqueak Pet Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides pet care including walking, day care, overnight boarding, transport, and drop-in visits. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Enquiries and Bookings

  • All services must be confirmed directly with us.

  • Enquiries made through our website or by email/phone do not constitute a confirmed booking until we have agreed the details with you.

  • Prices and availability are provided on request and may change.

3. Care Standards

  • We promise to care for your pet responsibly, safely, and with kindness.

  • Owners must provide full and accurate information about their pet’s health, behaviour, and needs before care begins.

  • Pets must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments where relevant.

4. Owner Responsibilities

  • Owners must provide food, bedding, medication, and written instructions where required.

  • Owners remain legally responsible for their pets at all times.

5. Insurance and Liability

  • Pipsqueak Pet Services is fully insured.

  • We cannot be held liable for:

    • Pre-existing health conditions, illness, or injury that occurs naturally.

    • Damage caused by pets to property, belongings, or third parties.

  • Any veterinary fees incurred during our care remain the owner’s responsibility.

6. Emergencies

  • In the event of illness, injury, or accident, we will seek veterinary treatment promptly and contact you as soon as possible.

  • Where you cannot be reached, we may act in your pet’s best interests in consultation with a qualified vet.

7. Cancellations

  • Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel a service.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.

8. Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal information (such as your name, contact details, and pet details) only as needed to respond to enquiries and provide services.

  • Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains your rights under UK GDPR.

  • By using our services, you consent to us processing your data as described.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
